I praise and thank Jesus for leading me so beautifully amidst the storms in my life. He proved to me that he is still alive and is a miracle working God. He gave back my mom who was sick with renewed strength and got her more close to him. He meanwhile made me bold and confident. I was fighting against a rock(literally punching it), so I now have emotional biceps. God has now given me the courage to walk that extra mile all by myself. Thanks to the loving people around me. My relatives were very supportive during my mom's illness. They came over all the way from TamilNadu and did all they could support us. There were unseen angels who donated blood to my mom when she needed 6 bottles of blood. I don't have their contact details with me but I am really thankful for whatever help they provided.
There were also times when I had to go through a lonesome journey. Jesus was beside me and he still is. Hallelujah!!! Praise God.

Oh taste and see the LORD'S embracing hands and his goodness
During my childhood days, I grew up with the abundance of God's mercy and always well protected in all angles. I never got a chance to feel the pinch of scarcity, abondonment in my entire life. That being the case, I was always in the comfort zone, happy go lucky and I always got what I wanted, you name it and it was there. Richly blessed!!! As time went by, I did get very close to god with weekly fasting, worship and prayer. Never knew what pain was most of the time. I always had my way. But when it came to the point wherein I had to settle down in my life with the good life partner, thats where it hit me hard. First it was delayed with my Master's degree completion, then to find a good Job during the time of recession. The IT market was bad each time I wanted to move to a new place of work, to be precise each time I needed a change. So the years of my life rolled by with my mom's prolonged illness and various other issues taking its toll... so here I am on my knees every morning praying to God for many things in my life to happen and also praying that people don't mistake me as to why I am single still.
Is it something to do with me?? Well!Praying hard and trying my best to put on my best attitude so that I show a positive outlook towards life and that I can be an example to many who go through problems like me.
As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it."
As it says in Psalm 29:11 The LORD will give strength to his people; the LORD will bless His people with peace.
I know if nobody walks beside me, my God is always by my side to revive me of my loneliness and renew my strength like an eagle's strength.
Too much of any activity amounts to nothing, there should be a proper balance.
Our God looks deep inside our hearts and is close to the contrite in heart. He doesn't see the clothes that we wear or how beautiful or handsome we look...he just needs a broken heart.

Esau’s blessings transferred to Jacob
Isaac had two sons who were twins. The elder one being Esau and the younger one being Jacob. Isaac liked his first son Esau very much. But Rebekah, Isaac’s wife liked their second son Jacob very much. As years passed by, Isaac grew old and wanted to bless his first son Esau before he dies. So he asks him to prepare tasty food that he likes and bring it to eat so that he can give his blessings.
Rebekah overhears Isaac's talk and tells her younger son Jacob about it and to somehow own Esau’s blessings. So Jacob wore Esau’s clothes and went with the food that his mother had prepared to Isaac.
Isaac mistakes Jacob for Esau and blesses him. Jacob then flees from his homeland to his mother’s brother Laban’s homeland.

The Other Angle of the Story of Moses- How Moses met his wife Zipporah
When Moses was a baby, there was an order sent by Pharaoh that the first born of every Israelite first born boy baby has to be killed. So the family of Moses put him in a basket and saw him through the river pass by. The basket flowed through the river and reached the hands of one of the Princesses. The princess took the baby and ordered her maid to clad him with the best linen. So Moses grew up in the palace like one among the Prince and Princesses and was taught all kinds of art.
One day due to some reason the Pharaoh gets angry with Moses and decides to kill him. So that time, Moses flees to a neighboring city named Midian. There in the city while he was sitting by the well, the seven daughters of the Priest of Midian come to draw water and fill the troughs to water their father’s flock.. So some shepherds came along and drove them away, but Moses came to their rescue and watered their flock.
When the girls returned to Reuel their father, he asked them, “Why have you returned so early today?” They answered, “An Egyptian rescued us from the shepherds. He even drew water for us and watered the flocks.”
“And where is he?” he asked his daughter.” Why did you leave him? Invite him to have something to eat.”
Moses agreed to stay with the man, who gave his daughter Zipporah to Moses in marriage. Zipporah gave birth to a son, and Moses named him Gershom, saying, “I have become an alien in a foreign land.”
During that time, the King of Egypt died. To know how Moses drew his people, the Israelites out of slavery, read the bible.

The view across the window pane from the Breakout area

As I sat there at the break out area watching out of the glass window pane sipping my lime soda, it was a peaceful, awestruck experience watching the clouds move, the birds flying to and fro such as the eagles taking its flight learning to move higher and higher. Construction of apartments going on at full swing with the crane digging the mud from the land and the labourers working on the land to build. A little further down, I could watch a road with bullock carts, buffaloes moving and lorrories carrying sand and bricks. Over the right side of the road was a huge ground. I could watch boys playing cricket. Had a good time watching the game. On one particular day as I did my rounds to the breakout area, I saw the clouds moving at tremendous speed. Didn't really understand what it really meant. But enjoyed watching the entire event.

Another instance of patient endurance
As I wait here patiently for my turn to be called in to be interviewed- Well! The wait seems to be endless but there is a little voice saying from within- "Don't worry! It will all go well. It will be worth the wait."
All I can say, I enjoyed waiting, watching the sizzling sound of the artificial fountain outside. Not to forget the moving of palm tree leaves at its best. As I gaze upon the beauty of the evergreen trees popping up the fence; the blue skies couldn't ask for anythin better than the sun beaming at it.
I wonder how a day would be like without all these gifts of nature that od has bestowed upon us. I really also wonder if man does take time in his busy schedule to admire nature at its best, just the simple everyday events of life.
I have always admired the first siht of the sun showing

Time for patient endurance
Sometimes things don't just turn the way it usually its expected to turn; after years of toil when I look up, all I can hear from heaven is "a little more patience, my child".
When I look around, there is no one to share a smile or two, everyone seem to be busy with their own choirs. Well! There is a time for everything under the sun; maybe now is the time for me to be patient to reap and harvest in fields that I have not sown or worked for..
Maybe am not able to see what is beyond... the other side. All that is needed is a little more patience and more and more patience.
